DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

Yes, we have a chocolaterie (commonly known as a chocolate shop) in Mordialloc, Victoria. Drop by for a luxurious coffee or hot chocolate and sample our delicious range of chocolate treats. Visit Us.

Opening Hours: Friday – Sunday ~ 10am – 4pm


ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS?

Yes! You’ll be happy to know that our whole product range is vegan friendly and made from quality plant based ingredients. They do not contain any dairy or other animal derived ingredients.


HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY CHOCOLATES AND CONFECTIONARIES?

All our products are handmade in a small batch and we do not use any preservatives. We use high quality Australian and imported ingredients and prioritise on seasonal local producers. For this reason, we highly recommend consuming our chocolates within a few days of receiving them. All of our products are tested by NATA accredited food testing laboratory. Therefore, you will receive your package with a best before date.


WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?

As we strive to keep minimum stocks and always make fresh chocolate, it can take up to 48 hours to prepare your order before shipping. And if you are ordering for an event or a celebration, please order at least 3 days in advance or alternatively contact our sales team at sales@gurascacao.com and we will advise accordingly.


CAN I PUT MY CHOCOLATES IN THE FRIDGE?

Chocolates are best enjoyed at room temperature. If you put chocolates in the fridge or store them below 5 degrees C, this may cause condensation and affect the appearance of your chocolates. Also, cacao butter in the chocolate absorbs other aromas in your fridge thus can change the beautiful flavours of our chocolates. For best results, store your chocolates below 18 degrees C.


DO YOU USE NUTS AND IS IT SAFE FOR ALL ALLERGENS INCLUDING GLUTEN?

WARNING: If you have any anaphylactic allergies, we recommend not consuming our products. We cannot guarantee our suppliers do not handle allergens at their product sites. Our products are made on a surface where nuts and gluten are prepared so it may contain traces of nuts and gluten.


CAN I HAVE A SPECIAL NOTE INCLUDED IN MY ORDER SUCH AS FOR BIRTHDAYS AND OTHER OCCASIONS?

At the checkout, we have a little box where you can request a special personalised message and or any other details for your orders. we can add notes such as a Thank You note or a Miss You note. Let us know and we will happily accommodate with your needs.


DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR URGENT ORDERS IF I’M NOT WELL ORGANISED?

We will try our best! We all live busy lives and know we sometimes we miss some things. We at Güras Cacao will do our best to help you out and make things happen for you. Simply email us at sales@gurascacao.com and one of our sales team will reply.


CAN YOU CREATE SPECIAL ORDERS FOR MY EVENT OR COMPANY?

Yes! We can create special chocolates, packaging, and even do white labeling for your event, corporate gifting program, or your hospitality giveaways. Contact us at sales@gurascacao.com to see how we can help your event.


PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

All orders above $100 are free shipping across Australia. Any other orders require $14 for express shipping. On warmer Aussie days we use reusable cool packs and an insulated layer to make sure you receive your chocolate with a perfect temperature.

We use Australia Post Express for our shipping and you will receive a tracking number with your order. We ship Monday-Thursday for Tuesday to Friday delivery. We do not ship on public holidays.

If you receive your product and is not in a good condition please contact us at: hello@gurascacao.com, as soon a possible, so we can take quick action and resolve the issue.


HOT WEATHER POLICY

We all are very aware of Australian heat during warmer months. In cases of extreme heat or conditions outside of our control, we may hold, delay or cancel your order and issue you a refund. We will notify you if this situation occurs.
