This is super creative and innovative process where we constantly think out of the box to create new recipes that are environmentally friendly and with big flavours. Here are some commonly asked questions and some helpful information before you make payment.
DO YOU HAVE A STORE?
Yes, we are located in Mordialloc, Victoria. Drop by for a luxurious coffee or hot chocolate and sample our delicious range of chocolate treats.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS?
HOW LONG CAN I STORE MY CHOCOLATES AND CONFECTIONARIES FOR?
All our products are handmade in a small batch and we do not use any preservatives. We use high quality Australian and imported ingredients and prioritise on seasonal local produces. For this reason, we highly recommend enjoying our chocolates within a few days of receiving them. All our products are tested by NATA accredited food testing laboratory. Therefore, you will receive your package with best before date.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT ARRIVE?
We recommend allowing 48 hours to prepare your order before shipping as we hold minimum stock to keep the highest quality for you to enjoy. And if you are celebrating please pre order 3 days in advance or alternatively contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will advise accordingly.
CAN I PUT MY CHOCOLATES IN THE FRIDGE?
Chocolates are best enjoyed in room temperature and does not like being in the fridge or below 5 degrees C which may cause condensation and affect the appearance of your chocolates. Also, cacao butter in the chocolate absorbs any aromas in your fridge changing the beautiful flavours. For best results, store below 18 degrees C.
DO YOU USE NUTS AND IS IT SAFE FOR ALL ALLERGENS INCLUDING GLUTEN?
WARNING: If you have any anaphylactic allergies, we recommend not consuming our products. We cannot guarantee our suppliers do not handle allergens at their product sites. Our products are made in a surface where nuts and gluten are prepared so it may contain traces of nuts and gluten.
CAN I HAVE A SPECIAL NOTE FOR BIRTHDAYS AND OTHER OCCASIONS?
At the checkout, we have a little box where you can request for a special personalised message and or any other details for your orders. Could be a Thank you note or a Miss you note. Let us know and we will happily accommodate with your needs.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR URGENT ORDERS IF I’M NOT WELL ORGANISED?
Of course, we can. Afterall we all live busy lives and sometimes we miss on planning. We at Güras Cacao will do our best to help you out and make things happen for you. Simply email us at email@example.com and one of our sales team will attend you.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
All orders above $100 are free shipping across Australia. Any other orders require $14 for express shipping. On warmer Aussie days we use reusable cool pack and an insulated layer to make sure you receive your chocolate on a perfect temperature.
We use Australia Post Express for our shipping and you will receive a tracking number with your order. We ship Monday-Thursday for Tuesday to Friday delivery. We do not ship on Public Holidays.
If you receive your product and is not in a good condition please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org, as soon a possible so we can take quick action and solve the issue.
HOT WEATHER POLICY
We all are very aware of Australian heat during warmer months. In cases of extreme heat or conditions outside of our control we may hold, delay or cancel your order and issue you with a refund. We will notify you if this occurs.
